鈴木敏彦（すずき　としひこ）

建築家・デザイナー

工学院大学建築学部教授

 

1958年東京生まれ。工学院大学建築学科修士課程修了。黒川紀章建築都市設計事務所、フランス新都市開発公社EPAmarne、早稲田大学建築学専攻博士課程を経て、1999-2007年東北芸術工科大学プロダクトデザイン学科助教授、2007-2010年首都大学東京システムデザイン学部准教授、2010-2011年工学院大学工学部建築都市デザイン学科教授。2011年より工学院大学建築学部建築学科教授。

株式会社ATELIER OPA共同主宰。北欧建築・デザイン協会理事。日本インテリア学会理事。

グッドデザイン賞／中小企業庁長官賞、アジアデザイン大賞／グランプリ、レクサスデザインアワード2012、iFデザインアワード2014他受賞多数。

著書に、『世界で一番美しい建築デザインの教科書』（エクスナレッジ）、『北欧の巨匠に学ぶ図法 家具・インテリア・建築のデザイン基礎』（彰国社）、『北欧の巨匠に学ぶデザイン アスプルンド/アールト/ヤコブセン』（彰国社）、『建築プロダクトデザイン／暮らしを劇的に変えるモノと空間の設計思想』（講談社）などがある。

 

 

Toshihiko Suzuki

Architect, designer

Professor of the School of Architecture at Kogakuin University

 

Born in 1958, Toshihiko completed the master’s degree program of the Department of Architecture at Kogakuin University. He joined Kisho Kurokawa Architect & Associates, EPA Marne, France (New town development corporation). Toshihiko graduated from the doctoral program of the Department of Architecture at Waseda University. From 1999 to 2007, he served as, Associate Professor in the Department of Product Design at Tohoku University of Art & Design. From 2007 to 2010, he was Associate Professor in the Faculty of System Design at Tokyo Metropolitan University and also Professor in the Faculty of Engineering in the Department of Architecture of Kogakuin University. In 2011, Toshihiko became Professor of the School of Architecture at Kogakuin University.

He is a Director of Atelier OPA Co. Ltd, Director of The Scandinavian Architecture and Design Institute of Japan and of the Japan Society for Interior Studies. He is a recipient of the Awarded Good Design Award, the Prize of Smaller Enterprise Agency's Director, the Grand-Prix of Design For Asia Award, the Lexus Design Award 2012, the iF Design Award 2014 and many others awards.
